The 14-Day Clean Eating Reset Program

Do you find yourself sitting on the dreaded "weight loss plateau"?  Perhaps you're diabetic, insulin resistant or have metabolic syndrome.

Sometimes all you need is a metabolism reset!  My 14-Day Clean Eating Reset program is a sensible food plan that eliminates the foods that cause inflammation, intestinal distress, bloating, and the symptoms that go with them.

The elimination part of the program is free of soy, dairy, gluten, most meats, nightshades such as eggplant, bell peppers and tomatoes, dried fruits, citrus, coffee, soda, alcohol, sugars of any kind, and corn. During the reintroduction phase, we do include gluten and dairy.  It is also entirely vegan and contains some raw recipes, although there are several recipes containing poultry, fish, and eggs for those that prefer to keep animal protein.

There are three phases of this program: Phase 1 is Preparation, Phase 2 is Food Eliminations, and Phase 3 is the reintroduction.  The Preparation Phase is 2 days, Elimination is 7 days, and Transition is 5 days.

Throughout each phase, you will notice distinct changes in the way you feel, and you will be encouraged to keep a journal during this time. After you reintroduce foods back into your eating plan, your body's reactions to the foods will determine your future eating plans.  It's amazing how something as simple as the food you eat can cause your body to be so uncomfortable.
